What Youll Do:
In our hotels there is never a dull moment. Our associates are constantly on the move bringing the best service they possibly can. In this challenging work environment we need someone to bolster our associates spirits. Think youre up to the challenge The HR Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth functioning within the property team. As the liaison between upper management and the hotels employees you will be supporting and providing guidance to both executives and associates.
Here are some of the tasks you can expect to complete on a daily basis:
Where Youve Been:
You have at least a bachelors degree in human resources management business management a similar field or comparable experience. You have at least 3 years experience working in HR. Familiarity with various human resources programs such as compensation and benefits packages and local state and federal law is strongly recommended but not required. What were really looking for is someone with strong communication skills the ability to work with members at all levels of the organization and someone who is able to embody and exemplify company culture.
