We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Ain Sokhna Egypt. As an integral part of our sales leadership you will support the Sales Manager in driving revenue growth managing customer relationships and leading a team of sales professionals.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve team targets and company goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast sales and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate reporting using CRM software
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members
- Participate in client meetings and negotiations to close highvalue deals
- Ensure compliance with local sales regulations and company policies
- Contribute to the development of sales training programs and materials
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows as needed
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- 35 years of proven sales experience with 12 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of sales management techniques and best practices
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales forecasting tools
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
- Indepth knowledge of the Egyptian market and business culture
- Understanding of local sales practices and regulations
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
