With an excellent track record of working with brands in the UK and Europe we offer legal and accountancy talent client service complaints management and remediation services in regulated markets.

We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will assist attorneys in managing residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction to completion. This role requires excellent communication skills the ability to work under pressure and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with all aspects of residential and/or commercial conveyancing transactions.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents including contracts transfer deeds and mortgage documentation.
  • Conducting property searches and reviewing results.
  • Liaising with clients attorneys estate agents lenders and other relevant parties.
  • Preparing completion statements and handling postcompletion formalities including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Providing administrative support to solicitors and handling general case management duties.
  • Managing a caseload under supervision and ensuring deadlines are met.
Key skills and experience
  • Previous experience working in a conveyancing role within a legal environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant property law.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Qualification:
  • A law degree and/or Conveyancing qualification/certification.
  • Previous experience as a conveyancing paralegal or legal assistant is essential.
