Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist youll assist customers across multiple channelsincluding phone chat email and social mediaresolving account issues technical concerns and financial inquiries. Your role will be key in ensuring a seamless customer experience and improving service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional support through phone chat email and social media
- Assist with account setup verification logins payments and technical troubleshooting
- Serve as a reliable point of contact particularly for clients in the sports industry
- Address customer inquiries feedback and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Foster strong client relationships through clear and effective communication
- Ensure all interactions align with company policies and service standards
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
- 01 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
