Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills across multiple channels
- Strong knowledge of reservation and CRM systems (Opera PMS preferred).
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy in reservation records.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage reservations special requests and crossdepartment communication.
- Knowledge of luxury hotel standards with previous experience in a similar role highly regarded.
- Proactive and solutionoriented anticipating guest needs with professionalism and discretion.
