As we continue to grow we are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to support our B2B and B2C customers. If you have excellent communication skills a passion for highquality food and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients we would love to hear from you!
Tasks
- Provide professional customer support via phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with orders payments and productrelated inquiries.
- Act as the first point of contact for B2C customers (individual consumers) and B2B clients (restaurants retailers and wholesalers).
- Schedule and conduct visits to potential and existing B2B customers to promote our organic meat offerings.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a highquality customer experience by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service client relations or a similar role.
- Fluency in French German and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- A proactive and customeroriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of the meat/food industry or an eagerness to learn.
