Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee ELV projects from inception to completion.
- Team lead and project management
- Develop project plans schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project alignment.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate communication among project teams and clients.
- Manage project budgets and forecast financial needs.
- Lead project meetings and document outcomes.
- Oversee quality assurance and control measures.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during project .
- Assist in the selection of resources and team members.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date.
- Implement best practices and improve project management processes.
- Provide training and support to project teams.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Project Management Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management specifically in ELV systems.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP PRINCE2 etc. is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems including CCTV access control and intercoms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Handson experience with project management software tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to ELV installations.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools.
- Ability to negotiate with vendors and clients effectively.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
- Willingness to travel for site visits as required.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management.
