Job Description
HM Note: This hybrid contract role is three 3 days in office. Candidates resume must include first and last name.
Description:
Responsibilities:
- Support the CSIM Branch in support of IntelliHealth Expansion and enhancements and other CSIMB cloud and Business Intelligence platforms such as French Language Health Services Database (FLHSD) SAS Viya.
- Lead and conduct business and system analysis in order to assess clients business problems / opportunities and document the business/system requirements in such a way that I and amp;IT solutions can be designed.
- Conduct analysis at varying levels of detail appropriate to the project and phases of project aligning with OPS standards.
- Liaise between Business Areas and the IT Development and Testing teams to clarify business requirements and translate them into system requirements.
- Conduct business modeling; use case modeling; conceptual and logical data modeling; process and data flow modeling; use case surveys; business rules definition and nonfunctional requirements definitions for assigned projects including screen specifications business rules data migration requirements etc. and nbsp;
- Produce/update documentation which will allow future support of the implemented solutions.
- Assist with other cloudrelated initiatives and projects within CSIMB.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills
Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Public Sector Experience: 5 points
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Familiar with Public Sector Enterprise Architecture artifacts (or similar) and has ability to produce technical documentation which comply with industry standard practices
Business Analysis Experience: 55 points
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Experience leading and conducting business and system analysis in order to assess clients business problems/opportunities and document the business/system requirements in such a way that I and amp;IT solutions can be designed.
