- Manage meetings calendar and standing meetings
- Prospect holds on event spaces (restaurant meeting golf etc.
- Lead Follow Up/Generation
- Site Visits with prospective new clients
- (reservations agenda creation showroom confirmation)
- Assist with event creation in Delphi (room blocks space blocking)
- Collaborate with Revenue Management on Paid/Comp Rates for events
- Aid in initial budgeting of proposed events
- (collect numbers from partnering departments)
- Drafting Contracts (sponsor/rooms/space/concessions)
- Submit contracts for legal review via Ariba
- Invoice collect and process deposits for contract agreements
- Oversite of small resort events
- Build resume content for Resort Events Groups
- Group reservation input change management for REP groups
- Draft internal memos for property wide communication efforts
- Collection and assistance with post event recap and budget to actual
- Asana submissions for marketing and branding requests
- Check requests for events (Birchstreet)
- Assist with customer reservations (rooms dining spa etc)
- Logistics orders: meal vouchers amenities MEOs phones etc
- Onboarding Vendors
- Shared document system management
- REP Calendar logging/distribution to partnering departments
- Covering Management out of Office
- Manage Travel arrangements
- Monthly Expense Reports
Qualifications :
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 12 years of hospitality experience is required. Experience in hotel events sales or sponsorship is preferred.
