This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday; 10am 7pm EST with 1 hour unpaid break

Responsibilities
- Design and optimize marketing funnels in GoHighLevel to attract and nurture potential clients
- Create compelling social media content that educates and inspires across multiple wellness verticals
- Manage inbound communication channels providing warm and professional customer service
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments with a focus on exceptional care
- Execute targeted email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
- Maintain and optimize automated booking systems to enhance patient experience
- Support multiple business segments including medical services coaching programs and wellness retreats
- Collaborate with leadership on marketing strategy and implementation
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics
- Ensure seamless customer journey from initial contact through service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel platform and marketing automation tools
- Demonstrated success in social media management and content creation
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
- Professional phone manner and customer service orientation
- Experience in healthcare wellness or related industry preferred
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency in managing digital marketing campaigns
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
