Job Description
Job Role: ServiceNow Developer with CMDB experience (Remote)
Job Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 6 months to 12 months
Location: Remote
Experience: 4years
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development with CMDB experience.
- Strong handson experience with ServiceNow Discovery Service Mapping and Event Management.
- Expertise in ServiceNow workflows UI policies business rules script includes and ACLs.
- Experience in data modeling normalization and reconciliation in CMDB.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes particularly Change Incident Problem and Asset Management.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow CMDB with thirdparty tools (e.g. SCCM SolarWinds AWS Azure).
- Proficiency in JavaScript REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for CMDB health monitoring and issue resolution.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist CMDB or ITOM preferred.
