IT Project Coordinator
This opportunity is within the insurance industry supporting a clients portfolio and project management functions. The successful candidate will contribute to planning and reporting across multiple departments and collaborate closely with leadership in a structured and dynamic environment. The role offers exposure to seven functional areas promoting diverse experience and professional growth within a wellestablished team.

18month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
Hybrid work: 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and update portfolios spanning seven company functions.
Support monthly reporting on operational health and updates for CIO review.
Create detailed reports using Excel including pivot tables and charts.
Ensure adherence to internal delivery processes and portfolio standards.
Collaborate across teams to support planning and .
Contribute to project coordination with an emphasis on governance and compliance.
Communicate clearly across various stakeholders and support crossfunctional initiatives.
What you will need to succeed:
5 years of experience in portfolio management or project coordination.
Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project Jira Asana Trello).
Data analysis and reporting skills using Excel Power BI and Tableau.
Advanced Excel capabilities including pivot tables and complex functions.
Technical writing and documentation expertise.
Knowledge of financial management risk management scheduling planning quality management and change management.
Experience with risk and compliance tools.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics an asset.
Workflow automation experience with Power Automate an asset.
Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies an asset.
Experience with cloud platforms and database management (SQL) an asset.
Proficiency in collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams Slack Zoom) an asset.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
