Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Services Management
Supervise and manage hospital departments including patient care intensive care operating rooms pharmacy nutrition polyclinic pathology and medical records.
Ensure efficient workflows patient safety and highquality medical care.
Develop and implement clinical protocols to enhance hospital efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance & Certification
Oversee licensing legal fiscal and nuclear safety requirements.
Lead the hospital s certification efforts including:
Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation.
National Model Certification (Health Council).
ISO 9001:2015 certification for laboratories.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare laws and safety standards.
Event Management & Public Relations
Plan and coordinate university fairs expos academic events and promotional activities.
Manage media relations and public relations (PR) strategies.
Operational Leadership
Develop strategies for operational efficiency and cost control.
Train and manage staff to ensure toptier performance and adherence to protocols.
Implement systems to improve patient care and hospital administration.
Requirements
Required Skills:
Leadership and strategic management of hospital operations.
Expertise in clinical service coordination across multiple departments.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and certification processes.
Ability to handle highpressure environments and crisis management.
Experience with public relations media management and promotional events.
Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
10 years of experience in hospital administration or clinical service management.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Healthcare Administration Medicine or a related field.
Proven expertise in hospital certifications regulatory compliance and crisis management.
Strong leadership organizational and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work under high stress and adapt quickly to dynamic situations.
