Job Description
- Ensure all therapy services comply with state and federal guidelines for schoolbased occupational therapy.
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with students Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers parents and school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom and daily routines.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communicate updates effectively with families and educators.
- Conduct assessments to identify students needs and develop individualized treatment plans focused on fine motor skills sensory processing selfcare and other functional abilities.
Requirements
- Masters Degree or Higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Illinois state licensures or eligibility for licensures as an Occupational Therapist.
- Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
