Future Compensation Plans

Initially this role is compensated through successful TGE is equity with token allocations. However our comprehensive tokenomics model includes structured token allocations for cofounders upon completion of key milestones. Following the anticipated public token sale in January we plan to introduce salaries alongside equity and token rewards.

POSITION:

SENIOR TECHNICAL Senior Technical Product Manager Web3 Fullstack Developer Platform (Autheo Devhub)

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of Autheos Fullstack Web3 Developer Hubthe foundational environment powering decentralized application development on the Autheo Layer1 blockchain. This role requires deep understanding of Web3 infrastructure SDK and API design developer environments and blockchain integrations across identity compute and storage layers.

Autheo is not just a Layer1 blockchainit is an InfrastructureasaSolution platform that unifies Web2 and Web3 development empowering projects and enterprises to migrate and scale without traditional SaaS constraints. You will collaborate with engineering DevOps ecosystem and governance teams to architect a platform that enables developers to build launch and monetize dApps SDKs rollups and moreseamlessly and securely.

Key Responsibilities

1. Web3 Fullstack Developer Platform Leadership
Own the vision roadmap and of the Autheo DevHub platform ensuring seamless integration of frontend backend identity compute and blockchain tooling.
Define developer journeys for onboarding testing deployment and monetization of decentralized applications.
Integrate decentralized identity (DID) decentralized cloud SDK frameworks and Autheos Application Catalog into a unified DevHub.

2. SDKs APIs and Tooling
Drive the development and maintenance of opensource SDKs APIs DevHub CLI tools templates and example applications.
Collaborate with backend smart contract and frontend teams to ensure the SDK supports Cosmos Rust Solidity React Next.js and Gobased microservices.
Ensure compatibility across Autheos DID decentralized channel and compute/storage systems.

3. Developer Experience & Lifecycle
Build systems that allow developers to easily build test and launch applications using Autheos infrastructure.
Gather direct feedback from developers and use telemetry to guide platform enhancements.
Oversee onboarding flows staging environments and dApp publishing through the Application Catalog.

4. Community Engagement & Education
Work with advocates content creators and external partners to develop robust documentation tutorials and workshops.
Host and support hackathons DevHub funding rounds and dApp development bounties using Autheos 30 token allocation for ecosystem growth.
Lead collaboration through community channels such as forums Discord and Gitbased platforms.

5. CrossChain & Ecosystem Partnerships
Expand Autheos reach by managing integrations with external Web3 services DePIN infrastructure crosschain bridges wallets and compute providers.
Collaborate with strategic partners to embed thirdparty modules into the DevHub framework.
Support crosschain SDK development starting with Cosmos IBC and EVM compatibility.

6. Governance & Roadmap
Define KPIs for developer activation engagement retention and dApp volume.
Use feedback loops and DAO governance mechanisms to guide platform prioritization and iteration.
Partner with tokenomics infrastructure and legal teams to align the roadmap with compliance and gotomarket strategy.

Qualifications

5 years of product management experience in Web3 blockchain infrastructure or developer platform environments.
Strong technical fluency with smart contracts SDK frameworks blockchain APIs and developer tooling.
Proven success building or scaling developer ecosystemsideally within Cosmos Ethereum or crosschain Web3 platforms.
Experience managing crossfunctional teams including engineering DevOps UX and community.
Familiarity with React Go Rust Solidity TypeScript and decentralized storage (e.g. IPFS Filecoin).
Deep understanding of DID systems decentralized identity standards and sovereign data management.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a bias toward and usercentric iteration.
Passion for enabling the next wave of decentralized developers ecosystems and opensource contributors.
