Key duties and responsibilities:
Project Managers will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including business partners crossagency teams and service providers. Their duties will encompass researching planning implementing monitoring and evaluating various project or program initiatives. They will negotiate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication coordination and collaboration ensuring timely and successful outcomes. Additionally Project Managers will identify and resolve any projectrelated challenges while overseeing the governance coordination and assurance of complex projects. Working closely with crossfunctional teams in an agile environment they will collaborate to deliver agreed outcomes. They will also represent their team and department in project governance meetings providing clear and uptodate status reports on project progress and risks. In managing resources they will ensure that the team remains highperforming motivated and welldeveloped. Using project management tools they will manage key aspects such as risk quality finance procurement strategy and postimplementation reviews to drive success. The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience particularly in leading crossfunctional teams for critical and complex ICT programs and demonstrate strong skills in translating business requirements into prioritised application development tasks. They will also have a proven ability to implement best industry practices excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to adapt communication effectively to diverse audiences.

- Proven experience in leading crossfunctional project teams to successfully execute critical and complex ICT programs.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to ensure effective stakeholder coordination collaboration and engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including business partners crossagency teams and service providers.
- Experience in applying project management frameworks and methodologies including Agile and Hybrid Agile.
- Capability to represent the team and department in project governance meetings providing clear and timely reports on project status and risk implications to ensure successful delivery.
