As F&B Administrative (M/F) you will report directly to the F&B Director and will be responsible for:
Assist in daily administrative tasks including filing data entry and maintaining records.
Coordinate meetings appointments and reservations for F&B management.
Manage correspondence emails and phone calls efficiently ensuring timely responses and proper documentation.
Support the preparation of department reports and presentations.
Liaise with vendors and procurement to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
Provide administrative support to F&B staff.

Knowledge of Portuguese and English and preference for another foreign language (fluent spoken language).
Minimum 12 years of schooling and/or professional course adapted to the position
Knowledge of AHCCP hygiene and safety standards
Computer skills: Microsoft Office Internet and specific applications for the catering/hotel area.
