Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Senior Billing Analyst to ensure accurate billing processes financial reporting and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong analytical skills collaboration across departments and the ability to lead billing projects. The ideal candidate will be a selfstarter able to navigate ambiguity and contribute to a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks and address billing data gaps
- Track pricing changes and maintain accurate processes
- Coordinate billing projects with developers teams and customers
- Manage complex queries and deliver satisfactory outcomes
- Support monthend reporting reconciliations and data migration
- Identify areas for process improvement and work with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications :
- Tertiary qualifications in finance accounting or related field
- Proven experience in data analysis handling large datasets and strong data management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI & SQL is advantageous
- Experience in creating processes for new revenue streams and automating existing ones
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical skills with a problemsolving and process improvement focus
- Driven with a strong focus on achieving business outcomes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
