Job Description

The role will be supporting the daytoday payroll services for the assigned region (US & LATAM) by processing assigned processes in compliance with established methodologies regulations servicelevelagreements (SLA) and processes.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Accurately and timely perform assigned activities in support of the payroll services.

  • Provide administrative assistance to the regulation alignment activities to ensure a compliant payroll processing (Taxation Legislations and other regulations).

  • Perform assigned systems and documentations management activities to ensure compliance and alignment to relevant payroll records and documentations.

  • Escalate and analyse identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.

  • Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.

  • Perform simple but varied tasks in compliance with service level agreement process policies and procedures.

  • Assess identified issues and collate documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving common and recurring issues.

  • Support selected simple process improvement initiatives to streamline processes.

  • Calculate and process employee salaries wages bonuses and deductions in accordance with company policies and local regulations.

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee payroll records including new hires terminations and changes in employment status or pay rates.

  • Respond to employee queries regarding payrollrelated matters in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with the HR department to ensure seamless integration of payroll and HR processes.

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory reports and payments to relevant government agencies.

  • Participate in payroll system upgrades and implementations providing input on process improvements and user requirements.

  • Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify and rectify discrepancies or errors.

  • Stay informed about changes in payroll legislation and regulations ensuring compliance across all payroll activities.


Qualifications :

  • 4 to 7 years of proven experience in payroll processing and management.
  • Handson experience with the SAP Payroll System is required.
  • Experience in handling payroll for multinational or global companies is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of international payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in payroll calculation tax withholdings and statutory deductions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage payroll data securely and confidentially.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other payroll software.
  • Strong problemsolving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.
  • Payroll certification (e.g. CPP or FPC) is a plus


Additional Information :

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY:  The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $68.000 $90.000. This range is a goodfaith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the position including experience training and other considerations permitted by law.Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidates skills experience and geographic location the expected quality and quantity of work and internal pay alignment as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range.The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.An employees pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
