Our Midland GP veterinary clinic combined with the AEC 24/7 emergency hospital is a wellestablished busy and engaging environment. We pride ourselves on providing the best possible care for our patients and clients and were looking for a Business Manager who shares that same passion.
The Role:
As our Business Manager youll be a key leadership team member responsible for driving business development strategy and overseeing operational and financial management. Youll work closely with our veterinarians nurses technical staff and support teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care. Supported by a strong hospital management team and Greencross Pet Wellness Companys network youll help elevate our services to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial management and P&L reporting including annual budgeting
Build and lead highperforming teams of veterinarians and nurses
Oversee project management within the hospital
Develop and execute business strategies and plans
Build strong relationships with referring veterinarians
Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to elevate the hospitals profile
Collaborate with other hospital managers to drive efficiency profitability and productivity
What Were Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have substantial business operations knowledge be an approachable and influential leader and have a passion for helping others succeed. Ideally youll have a proven track record in the veterinary industry. Postgraduate qualifications in business commerce or a related field will be highly regarded.
