Position Overview:
As a DutchSpeaking Customer Care Advisor at CBT Moving you will be the primary point of contact for our Dutchspeaking customers. Your mission is to ensure that every customer has an outstanding experience by providing timely friendly and effective support. Whether youre answering inquiries helping resolve issues or providing product knowledge youll be essential in building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Youll be based in the beautiful city of Barcelona working in a supportive dynamic environment that values growth and innovation.
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Dutch ensuring all issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues effectively by troubleshooting problems and offering clear and practical solutions.
Product Knowledge: Provide accurate and relevant information about our products and services to assist customers with their needs.
Customer Experience: Strive to provide a seamless and positive experience for every customer always ensuring they feel heard and valued.
Collaboration: Work closely with other teams including sales technical support and product teams to resolve customer inquiries and feedback.
Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM system and maintain uptodate records of their cases.
Feedback Loop: Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to help improve our services and customer care processes.
Upselling & CrossSelling: When appropriate suggest additional products or services that could benefit the customer contributing to the companys growth.
Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for communication within the team.
Previous experience in customer service or customerfacing roles is a plus.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to explain solutions clearly and concisely.
Ability to solve problems independently and work with a proactive mindset.
Empathy and patience with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
A positive attitude and teamoriented mindset eager to contribute to a collaborative and innovative company culture.
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce Zendesk).
Experience working in a customer care or support role within a fastgrowing company.
Knowledge of any additional languages (e.g. Spanish English French) is a plus.
