Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Clinical Laboratory Technologist to perform accurate and timely laboratory analyses that support comprehensive patient care. This role also involves guiding and training staff while assisting the leadership team in maintaining highquality lab operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise laboratory analyses to ensure accurate diagnostic results.
- Maintain timeliness accuracy and professionalism in all laboratory functions.
- Support and mentor lab staff providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver highquality patient care.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology Clinical Laboratory Biological Chemical Physical or related science (or equivalent education as required by the State of Florida).
Licensure & Certifications:
- State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License in appropriate discipline(s) Required.
- Clinical Laboratory Supervisor License preferred.
