Job Description
The Learning Experience Summercreek is looking for an enthusiastic Summer Science Teacher to lead fun and interactive STEM activities and science experiments for preschool learners. This role offers an exciting opportunity to spark curiosity encourage handson exploration and inspire a love for science at an early age.
- Plan and facilitate engaging ageappropriate STEM activities for preschool learners (ages 25.
- Conduct simple handson science experiments that encourage exploration and discovery.
- Introduce young learners to basic STEM concepts (cause and effect problemsolving observation).
- Create a safe and structured learning environment that promotes curiosity and critical thinking.
- Manage materials and ensure a clean organized workspace.
- Collaborate with school staff to integrate STEM learning into the summer program.
- Encourage teamwork and creativity through fun interactive sciencebased projects.
- Experience working with young children in an educational camp or STEMbased program setting.
- Background in science education early childhood education or a related field preferred.
- Passion for STEM learning and inspiring young minds.
