Job Summary:
Are you looking for a great opportunity with an established company and have a desire to learn and growThomco is seeking a fulltimeDigital Press Operator to work onsite at our corporate headquarters in Suwanee GA. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the success of the company in a highly collaborative team environment. This position is for theday shift workingMonday to Friday.Eligible for a sign on bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for many different pieces of equipment in the custom converting operation.
- The Digital Machine Operator will work on digital printing and cutting equipment.
- The digital equipment includes Roland wide format inkjet printers Zund flatbed cutters Coherent flatbed laser cutter Konica Minolta label press ABG semirotary diecutter Flow waterjet cutter and other equipment to support these machines.
- Will be held accountable for a high level of product quality and productivity.

Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Digital press operator experience
- Must be able to read a ruler and other measuring equipment to determine product conformance
- Must be a self starter
- Ability to work independently on pieces of converting equipment
- Good mechanical knowledge and problemsolving abilities
- Must be able to focus on high level of quality and continuous improvement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must pass drug screen and background check
