Vacancy: GROUP PROJECT COORDINATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Chelmsford CM2
Salary: OTE 30k
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic creative and analytical individual to play a crucial role in the effectiveness of internal processes daily operations and the continued growth of the business.
Reporting to the Group Project Manager the successful candidate will oversee internal operational functions and ensure staff are wellsupported in using integrated technology. They will work closely with the inhouse Marketing team and liaise with thirdparty software providers to optimise performance and implement beneficial enhancements.
The role is diverse and challenging encompassing the management and maintenance of key systems including the ECommerce platform internal software (Reapit DocuSign and telephone system.
Responsibilities include onboarding new employees from a technology perspective monitoring internal reporting functionality and collaborating with Account Managers of thirdparty providers to resolve operational issues and drive improvements. Additionally the role involves supporting HR functions maintaining online training guides and contributing to projects across Group Resources and Marketing.

Skills required for this Group Project Coordinator (Estate Agency) role will include:

- Basic IT knowledge with experience in project management
- Understanding of websites software systems and emarketing platforms
- Strong problemsolving skills with a logical practical approach
- Confident in engaging with thirdparty Account Managers
- Proactive and assertive in driving tasks to completion
- Ability to manage and prioritize a busy workload to meet deadlines
- Forwardthinking especially regarding IT solutions and apps
- Property sector experience preferred but not essential
