Beekeeper is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Release & Enablement Managerto lead and optimize product release operations across all product team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless product releases upgrades and enablement efforts for internal and external stakeholders. The Product Release Manager will drive collaboration innovation and efficiency in the release and enablement processes addressing key pain points and advancing our organizational goals in this area working closely with our Sales Enablement and Product Marketing teams.

Your Responsibilities
Release Management & Optimization
- Own the planning coordination and of product releases across all product teams.
- Evolve and improve the communication channels to maximize reach of information and value delivery.
- Work closely with marketing and enablement functions to optimize the release process minimizing disruptions and maximizing impact for commercial teams prospects and customers ensuring everyone understands the value and capabilities of the released product.
- Establish and maintain release policies standards and best practices across the organization across Demo Early Access and General Availability release scenarios.
- Elevate and standardize the level of internal insights on the performance of product releases across different release scenarios.
Stakeholder Enablement
- Partner with the product teams marketing and enablement functions to create comprehensive enablement content and strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive the development and delivery of highquality release documentation training materials and communication plans for prospects customers and internal teams.
- Ensure all stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to leverage product releases effectively.
Collaboration Across Teams
- Work closely with product teams to coordinate and align release activities ensuring seamless handoffs and delivery to end users.
- Foster crossfunctional collaboration between product marketing and commercial teams to enhance the release and enablement processes.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify bottlenecks & pain points in the current release and enablement processes and develop solutions in close collaboration with marketing and enablement functions to address these challenges.
- Collect & leverage data and feedback from internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve release operations and enablement strategies.
Communication & Reporting
- Act as the primary point of contact for all releaserelated activities and communications.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on release performance stakeholder enablement and process improvement initiatives.
What we are looking for
- 3 years of relevant experience managing B2B SaS product releases and related enablement
- Excellent crossfunctional collaboration skills
- Stellar communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer user and commercial focus on product value
- Confident in lateral leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Businesslevel fluency in English
- Experience in a technology or SaaS company
Bonus Points
- Experience in a product management product operations or similar role
- German fluency
- Knowledge of Frontline businesses
