Our client is seeking a collaborative and eager Executive Assistant to support a Partner and the Investment team of this private equity firm. This position is critical in providing operational excellence and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will strive for excellence fostering investor relationships and owning the core executive support responsibilities for the team.

The Role: Executive Assistant to 1 Partner and Investment Team
The City: San Francisco CA (hybrid)
The Industry: Private Equity
The Money: Up to $130k bonus
The Ideal Candidate: Eager to learn. Collaborative. Low ego. Gogetter.
The daytoday:
- Schedule internal and external meetings for the Investment team and Partner; create agendas and take meeting minutes
- Own all travel coordination and calendar management
- Manage and foster investor relationships
- Plan company offsites
- Maintain company files and update database
- Ad hoc projects as needed
