GROUPS CONSULTANT: INBOUND
ROLE :
To organize travel arrangements from start to finish. Checking availability booking services working closely with the Production Consultant liaising with clients
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
ROLE :
To organize travel arrangements from start to finish. Checking availability booking services working closely with the Production Consultant liaising with clients
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- Intermediate to senior 2 years experience
- Salary: negotiable and/or based on current earnings and experience
- Product knowledge essential
- Ability in problemsolving and negotiation
- To handle all functions from A – Z from reservations to invoicing
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in other computer software a plus (tourplan wetu etc.
- Fluent in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- French speaker if possible but not essential
