Job Type: Contract/Temp
Duration: 4 Months
Hours: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Location: Providence RI / Hybrid
Pay Rate: $30.00 $35.00/hourly
We are seeking a detailoriented Payroll Specialist to join our Facilities and Campus Operations team on a shortterm project. This is a 4month contract role with potential for extension paying $30.00 $35.00 per hour based on experience.
In this hybrid role based out of our Providence RI office you will work MondayFriday from 8:30 AM 5:00 PM. You will be responsible for providing payroll wage calculation and analysis to ensure accurate and timely paychecks for facilities and campus operations employees across multiple locations.
To be successful in this role candidates should have:
- 2 4 years of financial and/or payroll experience
- Bachelors degree in finance or related field
Must have skills and experience in:
- Data Analysis
- Problem Solving
- Working Independently
We need someone who can maintain extreme attention to detail. This is a great shortterm opportunity to use your payroll skills and experience to support our facilities and campus operations team.
