Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations in the production
* Supervise and manage production staff ensuring smooth workflow
* Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement best practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
* Quality Control
* Inventory & Resource Management
* Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and legal regulations in manufacturing operations.
* Prepare and submit daily weekly and monthly reports
* MIS reports should be given as per Directors requirements.
