Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Technician III Production & Maintenance to troubleshoot repair and maintain semicomplex automated manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong problemsolving skills technical expertise and the ability to lead maintenance activities while ensuring safety and compliance.

Diagnose and repair electrical mechanical and pneumatic systems.

Perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.

Lead and support maintenance activities and mentor junior technicians.

Assist in new equipment installation and documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain proper documentation.

Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions.

Support equipment validation and tracking of maintenance activities.

High school diploma or GED (Associates degree or technical school preferred).

5 years of experience in maintaining semicomplex manufacturing equipment.

Strong knowledge of electrical mechanical and pneumatic systems.

Experience with PLC troubleshooting and control logic modifications.

Strong troubleshooting project management and leadership skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Outlook Excel).

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Willingness to work flexible shifts be on call and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
