Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and resultsdriven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads and prospects into site visits and providing exceptional customer service to clients interested in our residential real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Needs Analysis: Conduct needs analysis with potential customers understanding their requirements and preferences.
2. Project Presentation: Present our residential real estate projects to potential customers highlighting features benefits and USPs and the location
5. Handling Objections: Handle customer objections concerns and queries in a professional and persuasive manner.
6. Closing Deals: Convert prospects into site visits meeting weekly/monthly site visit targets.
7. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
8. Data Entry: Accurately enter customer interactions leads and sales data into our CRM system.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
1.Education: 2 and above with proficiency in English Kannada languages
2. Experience: 15 years of experience in telesales preferably in real estate or a related industry.
3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Persuasion: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
5. Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and understand our residential real estate projects.
6. CRM Software: Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce .
7. Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
