Job Description
Federated Cooperatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Forklift Operator on a temporary basis for the summer months (May October) on our Home and Building Solutions (HABS) team. This position requires onsite work at our Lumber and Building Materials Distribution Facility in Regina SK.

What youll do:
- Operates forklift to unload and transfer inventory ensuring safe stacking and compliance with safety standards.
- Verifies product matches packing slips and purchase orders documents inventory movement and manages quality control for damaged goods.
- Rotates product for FIFO (First In First Out) and organizes overflow materials to ensure easy access and documentation.
- Assembles and loads flat deck trailers for Local Coop orders ensuring proper strapping securing and adherence to transportation safety regulations.
- Participates in safety meetings conducts equipment prechecks performs light repairs and ensures proper wrapping and banding of outbound products.

The Team:You will work closely with other Forklift Operators andreport to the Supervisor LBM Distribution.This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration support and safety.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and:
- Have 13 years of relevant forklift experience and working with wide loads. Experience operating forklifts with carrying capacity of 6000 lbs is preferred forklift training will be provided if required.
- Have aValid forklift certificate. Ahigh school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Have manual dexterity to operate the forklift and the ability to lift over 25 kgs.
- Are familiar with lumber and building products.
