Job Description
Do the DFT verification & debug
Write the DFT script using python
Job Requirement:
Have knowledge about JTAG (IEEE1687 or IEEE1149.1
Have knowledge about SCAN under tessent tool (insertion generate pattern & verify)
Have knowledge about MBIST under tessent tool is a plus
Understand the DFT development flow mapping from requirement to actual implementation.
Can use script language (such as python csh ... .etc)
Have knowledge about AI application and automation coding is a plus
Have knowledge about Renesas DFT/STA development flow is a plus
Have the document writting skill
Can cooperate and team working
Qualifications :
Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology/Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Telecoms/Electronics or similar.
