The Sales Operations Analyst will serve as the primary internal point of contact for the field sales team facilitating key processes such as weekly sales forecasting territory planning and quota management. This role is integral to the optimization of sales operations and the achievement of business objectives by supporting datadriven decisionmaking and ensuring seamless crossfunctional collaboration. This role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail proficiency in CRM systems and the ability to communicate effectively across teams. The ideal candidate is adept at handling sales data thrives in fastpaced environments and is passionate about driving operational excellence.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field.
2 years of experience in sales operations business analytics or a similar role preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
Proficiency in CRM software (AcuityMD preferred) and sales analytics tools.
Proficient in Excel PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Detailoriented with strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
