- Training & Workshops: Conduct workshops and training sessions to improve team skills and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks and ensure the consistency of design elements across projects.
- Client Communication: Communicate design concepts ideas and decisions to clients ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations.
- Resource Management: Manage design resources workflows and training for the design team to ensure effective project .
