Experience Required: 3-5 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Structural Design & Analysis:
- Develop structural designs for projects using software like STAAD Pro SAP2000 and AutoCAD.
- Perform detailed structural analysis and ensure designs meet all safety durability and functionality standards.
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with architects project managers and construction teams to deliver optimal design solutions.
- Review and approve structural drawings and documentation.
- Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure designs comply with relevant codes standards and regulations.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high engineering standards.
- Technical Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain all technical documentation related to structural design.
- Generate reports presentations and calculations to support project approvals.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in design tools technologies and materials.
- Provide suggestions for improving structural efficiency and reducing costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in STAAD Pro SAP2000 and AutoCAD.
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in structural design and analysis with a proven track record of handling diverse projects.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to solve complex structural problems with precision.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with teams.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in design deliverables.
