Job Description
Hey there! We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Engineer like you! Are you proficient in Java and Spring for backend development and React/Angular for frontend development Then we should talk!
Tasks
- Design develop and maintain fullstack web applications using Java and Spring for backend development and React/Angular for frontend development.
- Build responsive intuitive user interfaces adhering to UI/UX design best practices and accessibility standards.
- Leverage cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) to deploy manage and scale applications.
- Design and optimize database schemas queries and performance using relational databases (PostgreSQL MySQL) or NoSQL solutions (MongoDB DynamoDB).
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and thirdparty APIs to enable seamless communication between systems.
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks such as JUnit Jest or Jasmine to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI/CD Jenkins or CircleCI to automate development workflows.
- Collaborate with designers product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
Requirements
You are a motivated and experienced professional who thrives on solving complex problems and contributing to impactful projects. You have:
- 6 years of experience in fullstack web development with expertise in Java and Spring for backend and React/Angular for frontend.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS Azure or GCP.
- Proficiency in database design and management with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and working with thirdparty APIs.
- Strong understanding of modern frontend technologies including HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript frameworks.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative fastpaced environment.
We will be extra happy if you have:
- AI & Generative AI Interest Handson experience or a passion for exploring emerging technologies including RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) frameworks like LangChain LangGraph LlamaIndex Spring AI or APIbased LLMs is a plus.
- Dutch Skills or Willingness to Learn A basic understanding of Dutch or the motivation to learn it (we cover training costs).
- Industry Experience Prior experience in banking financial services telecommunications or similar industries.
- Knowledge Sharing A passion for writing technical blogs public speaking open source or to contribute to the tech community in another way.
- Educational Background A bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
