Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Support member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt technical support to internal staff and clients troubleshooting and resolving technical issues maintaining system functionality and assisting with various ITrelated tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of computer systems software hardware and network troubleshooting along with good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to endusers for software hardware and network issues via phone email or in person.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems ensuring minimal downtime for users.

  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues including operating systems network configurations and peripheral devices.

  • Install and configure computer systems software and network devices for employees and clients.

  • Maintain and update documentation on technical processes system configurations and troubleshooting guides.

  • Assist with system maintenance tasks including regular software updates and patches.

  • Monitor system performance and escalate issues to higherlevel technical support when needed.

  • Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up workstations and providing basic technical training.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to improve technical processes system security and user support strategies.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client data following all relevant security policies.


Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.

  • Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows macOS) and software applications.

  • Strong understanding of hardware troubleshooting and repair.

  • Basic knowledge of networking and common networking tools TCP/IP DNS VPN etc..

  • Prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.

  • Effective interaction with endusers requires both verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to diagnose issues quickly.

Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
