Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT support including software installation hardware troubleshooting and resolving network connectivity issues.
- Manage user account creation and deletion within the domain controller while maintaining accurate records.
- Oversee the distribution and retrieval of ITrelated office equipment such as computers.
- Conduct routine data center inspections and report any equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Assist with server hardware replacements as needed.
- Implement network device upgrades and optimize performance in line with local and global business continuity plans.
- Install and configure new data center equipment for network access and integrate it into monitoring systems.
- Maintain local security infrastructure including granting and revoking personnel access permissions.
- Serve as the primary contact for data and information security monitoring potential breaches and responding to security incidents.
- Perform regular antivirus scans and ensure timely security patch updates across all endpoints.
- Work closely with the headquarters security team to enhance local security awareness and best practices.
- Act as the liaison with local regulatory bodies ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.
Requirements
