Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial operations including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
Lead and manage the company s IPO journey including preparation compliance and coordination with stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and facilitate the listing process of the company.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
Manage audits tax planning and ensure timely submission of financial statements.
Liaise with investors analysts and regulatory bodies to ensure transparent communication and compliance. Optimize cash flow management and working capital.
Requirements
- Graduation
- Experience Required 10 years
- Proven experience in finance management with a strong focus on IPO processes and listing requirements.
- Expertise in financial modeling analysis and strategic planning.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Background:
Experience in the jewellery or luxury goods industry is highly desirable.
Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional certification preferred.
