We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative to join our growing team.
Job Overview:
As a Call Center Representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients and potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls and inquiries provide information about our services and schedule appointments for our sales team. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all interactions and ensuring that all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Provide information about our services and answer any questions or concerns customers may have
Schedule appointments for our sales team and maintain an organized calendar
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our database
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and provide additional assistance if needed
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department if necessary
Meet or exceed monthly performance goals and targets
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures
Stay uptodate with company products services and promotions
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if necessary
