THE POSITION: Senior Financial Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial and operational reporting while serving as a strategic business partner to key functional leaders. This role will play a critical part in strengthening our core FP&A processes enabling datadriven decisionmaking across the organization. The position will be based out of our national headquarters in Port Chester NY (bordering Westchester and Fairfield counties).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and analyze weekly monthly and quarterly financial / operational reports delivering actionable insights to leadership.
- Develop strong crossfunctional relationships to enhance business knowledge and promote financial accountability.
- Support and enhance the budgeting and forecasting process by collaborating with business partners and setting clear expectations.
- Leverage data analysis tools to extract insights from complex datasets and present findings in clear visually compelling formats.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and process improvement within FP&A and across the organization.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of progressive FP&A experience.
- Proven ability to act as a trusted financial business partner to crossfunctional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with financial planning tools and ERP systems (e.g. Adaptive Planning NetSuite).
- Advanced Excel skills (Logical formulas Lookups Pivot Tables Indirects).

The base salary range for this position is $95k$105k commensurate with experience
