Job Description

We are looking for an applicant who has the appropriate experience to join our established team.

This is an opportunity to build on your already gained qualifications and have or want to work towards an NVQ/QCF Level 2/ 3 in Care.

You will provide direct care and support to adults with complex needs and learning disabilities within the Orchard day service.

We are keen to seek someone who has a good understanding of the needs of people with Complex needs and Profound multiple learning disabilities (PLMD).

Individuals will need to demonstrate and apply Person Centred Principles and be able to show a commitment towards meaningful fulfilled creative delivery of service within the Orchard.

The successful person will need to demonstrate an ability to work within a fully integrated team with our TEWV partners in a rapidly changing environment as well has having the ability to identify any potential threats/risks taking active steps to rectify and overcome them.

This is a part time post working 25 hours per week.

The above post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
