RN Renal Vascular – Up to 43.20/hr43.20/hr20k SignOn Bonus
Location: Gainesville FL 32614
Shifts Available:

Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
-
Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM $4.25/hr shift differential)

Weekends: Additional $3.00/hr differential
Salary Range (ExperienceBased):

$30.69/hr 2 years of experience)

$33.71/hr 5 years of experience)

$43.20/hr 17 years of experience)
Incentives:

Position Overview
Join our 523bed acute care hospital as an RN Renal Vascular providing highquality care in a patientcentered model. This role serves a diverse patient population with conditions requiring renal and vascular expertise. You’ll work in a dynamic environment with a 7:1 nursetopatient ratio supporting specialties like cardiology oncology and neurology.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate care to acute and chronically ill adults with renal/vascular conditions.

Perform clinical assessments medication administration and treatment plans.

Educate patients/families on disease management procedures and discharge plans.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
-
Licensure: Active Florida RN license (or multistate compact).
-
Experience: 1 year of acute care RN experience (MedSurg Telemetry PCU or IMU).

Certifications:
-
BLS (required).
-
NIH Stroke Scale (within 30 days of hire).

Education: ASN required (BSN preferred).
