Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Executive to join our Human Resources team. In this role you will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new employees. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure the successful placement of candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing methods (job portals social media headhunting etc. to identify potential candidates for open positions across multiple departments. - Job Posting & Advertising:
Create and post job advertisements on job boards LinkedIn company website and other channels to attract qualified candidates. - Screening & Shortlisting:
Review resumes and applications conduct initial phone screenings and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience. - Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers ensuring smooth communication and timely followups. - Candidate Engagement:
Communicate with candidates at each stage of the recruitment process ensuring a positive experience and keeping them informed. - Offer Negotiation & Onboarding:
Coordinate with the HR team for offer letters and onboarding procedures for selected candidates. - Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain and update the candidate database track recruitment metrics and generate regular reports on recruitment activities. - Collaborate with Hiring Managers:
Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs role specifications and team requirements. - Employer Branding:
Assist in promoting the companys brand to potential candidates by highlighting key benefits culture and values.
