Job Description
Are you a detailoriented professional with fluency inboth German and Englishlooking for a parttime 80 opportunity in a dynamic international company Join Ascom a global leader in Healthcare ICT and mobile workflow solutions and play a vital role in ensuring smooth logistics operations.
For 160 years Ascom has been at the forefront of healthcare technology supporting over 12000 hospitals worldwide and processing over 2 million alerts daily. Now we are looking for a dedicated Order Administrator 80 to support our logistics team.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle sales orders order confirmations and invoicing
- Provide pricing and delivery information manage purchase orders and monitor deliveries
- Administer export documents customs declarations and ensure compliance with regulations
- Oversee repair orders issue invoices and credits and maintain accurate records
- Update logistics systems generate reports and support internal teams with administrative tasks
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages on a daily basis.
- This position requires a fulltime onsite presence and remote work options are not available.
Your Profile
Education & Experience
- Minimum two years of experience in order administration logistics know how or a similar role e.g. Commercial Apprenticeship / Service & Repairs Coordinator
- Experience in customs handling export documentation and international shipments
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in both German and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong understanding of customs declarations and export regulations
- Excellent organizational problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Customerfocused with a structured and detailoriented approach
- Ability to collaborate across teams and meet deadlines
