Job Description

We are seeking an organised and efficient Business Support Administrator to join our team in London United Kingdom. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daytoday operations and providing administrative support to various departments within our organisation.

Manage menu screen and labelling in our staff dining facilities

Inputting sales data into accounting system

Supporting the head chef with management of H&S and compliance 

Prepare final reports budgets and commentaries and taking minutes during meetings 

Update and manage internal communication channels

Support with digital marketing

Manage teams birthdays and celebrations (cards/gifts/vouchers)

Assist in organizing and running team events

Support with Hr tasks including recruitment and disciplinary  

Support with invoices stock sheets Nutritics & supplier content  


Qualifications :

  • Proven experience of 2 years in an administrative or business support role
  • Able to visit our Surrey office a minimum one day a month
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to take initiative
  • Proficiency in data entry and recordkeeping
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
