Job Description
We are looking for a talented Planning and Operations associate with strong skills in project management Excel Power BI and data operations to join the Strategic Analytics & Insights (SA&I) Customer Success (CS) team. You will work collaboratively with various SA&I CS Teams to manage capacity planning sales pipeline review project assignment workload allocation and forecasting across all Analytics and Activation (A&A) projects delivered to FMCG clients from the United States and Canada.
Responsibilities
Understand the business needs in terms of planning and project of the different SA&I A&A solutions.
Manage continuous reports to provide an accurate and updated view of current personnel capacity workload and forecast planning of A&A solutions delivery.
Track project pipeline closely and support SA&I CS leaders on project planning and delivery.
Identify and implement process improvements for the and reporting of capacity planning and resource allocation across the SA&I team solutions
Utilize Microsoft Dynamics JIRA Power BI and Excel for project tracking coordination and communication.
Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders (VPs Directors Managers) from the SA&I teams as well as Modeling and Finance when needed.
Qualifications :
College/University Undergraduate Degree.
Project management experience.
Critical thinking: ability to identify and diagnose errors/issues independently.
Proactive: anticipate needs and take initiative rather than waiting for instructions.
Effective time management organization and ability to handle a variety of responsibilities.
Detailoriented with excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Process Improvement: seek out opportunities for efficiency automation standardization and ways to simplify processes
34 years of relevant job experience in Business Management Operations and/or Data Analytics.
English fluency (written and oral).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
BI Tools: Excel PowerBi
