Job Description

  • Lead the System and Software aspects of the Zone ECU / Vehicle Computer managing a global team and driving technical problemsolving.
  • Serve as a key interface with major Japanese automotive OEM clients ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Manage technical tasks in collaboration with domestic and international engineering teams based on client needs.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Reason for Recruitment

  • Expansion of the Zone ECU / Vehicle Computer development project necessitates strengthening the project team.
  • This project is of strategic importance to the company requiring an experienced System Software project manager to lead it to success.
  • The current team lacks a dedicated project manager and we are seeking an experienced candidate who can immediately contribute and provide technical leadership.

  • Gain indepth knowledge and experience in cuttingedge vehicle E/E architecture and invehicle communication technology.
  • Play a central role in a challenging and rewarding project developing Zone ECU / Vehicle Computer for major Japanese automotive OEMs.

  • A key challenge is providing technical leadership and solutions to drive the development project forward.
  • The successful candidate will be expected to lead System and Software in the project technically and contribute significantly to its success.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills are required to effectively manage the global team and collaborate with various departments.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Experience leading global project teams including managing QCD time and tasks.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in Software engineering or related technical fields.
  • Businesslevel English proficiency (capable of smooth communication).
  • Excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to effectively utilize the PDCA cycle.

Desired Experience & Skills

  • Systems engineering skill.

Required English Level

  • Business level or higher (capable of participating effectively in meetings presentations and daily communication).
