Job Description
- Lead the System and Software aspects of the Zone ECU / Vehicle Computer managing a global team and driving technical problemsolving.
- Serve as a key interface with major Japanese automotive OEM clients ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Manage technical tasks in collaboration with domestic and international engineering teams based on client needs.
- Develop and execute communication strategies to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Reason for Recruitment
- Expansion of the Zone ECU / Vehicle Computer development project necessitates strengthening the project team.
- This project is of strategic importance to the company requiring an experienced System Software project manager to lead it to success.
- The current team lacks a dedicated project manager and we are seeking an experienced candidate who can immediately contribute and provide technical leadership.

- Gain indepth knowledge and experience in cuttingedge vehicle E/E architecture and invehicle communication technology.

Required Experience & Skills
- Experience leading global project teams including managing QCD time and tasks.
- Solid knowledge and experience in Software engineering or related technical fields.
- Businesslevel English proficiency (capable of smooth communication).
- Excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to effectively utilize the PDCA cycle.

- Systems engineering skill.
Required English Level
- Business level or higher (capable of participating effectively in meetings presentations and daily communication).
